Launch promo services
$1 launch promo VPS orders are promotional and may be non-refundable once provisioned, except where required by law or if the service cannot be delivered.
Hosting services
Monthly VPS, web hosting, and game server services may be cancelled before the next billing period. We generally do not provide refunds for used time or completed billing periods.
Service issues
If your service cannot be provisioned, is misconfigured by us, or remains unavailable due to our systems, contact support and we may provide a fix, credit, replacement service, or refund at our discretion.
No refunds for abuse
Accounts suspended for abuse, illegal activity, attacks, spam, chargeback fraud, or violation of our Terms may not be eligible for refunds.
